Who I am and how to reach me

alyic.com and its client portal are run by Aly Hudson LLC, a Texas limited liability company owned and run by Aly Hudson ("I", "me", "my"). This policy explains what information I collect, why, who I share it with, and the choices you have. You can reach me here:

If you are a client, your signed service agreement also says:

Aly Hudson LLC will keep all Client information confidential in accordance with applicable laws but cannot guarantee confidentiality in cases of mandatory legal disclosure.

What I collect

  • Contact details - such as your name, email address and phone number.
  • Information you provide for your forms - details about you and your family that the forms you ask me to prepare require, including sensitive information such as passport details, dates of birth and A-Numbers.
  • Documents you provide for your forms - such as passports, certificates and photos.
  • Payment information - payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number; I keep a record of what was paid and when.
  • Basic technical information - what the site needs to work and stay secure.

Why I use it

I use your information to prepare the forms you ask me to prepare, to submit or mail the forms you have reviewed and signed at your request, to communicate with you, to bill you, and to meet my legal obligations. I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

Who I share it with

  • The services I use to run my business - payment processing (Stripe), email and file storage (Google, Supabase), video meetings (Zoom) and website hosting (Vercel). They handle information only on my behalf.
  • Government agencies, such as USCIS and the Department of State, when I submit or mail the forms you have reviewed and signed, at your request.
  • Anyone the law requires me to share it with.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while I am preparing your forms, and afterwards for as long as it may be needed if you ask me to prepare later forms, for my business and tax records, or as the law requires.

How I protect it

The website and portal use secure, encrypted connections, and I keep secure copies of my records. Your information can be seen only by me and by the people you authorize in your portal.

Your choices

You can ask me for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows. Write to me at a@alyic.com. I may need to confirm who you are first.

Children

I collect information about a child only for the forms prepared for that child, and only from a parent or guardian.

Cookies

I use only the cookies the site needs to work and to remember your language. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will update this page and the date at the top.
