Who I am

alyic.com and its client portal are run by Aly Hudson LLC, a Texas limited liability company owned and run by Aly Hudson ("I", "me", "my"). These terms cover the use of this website and the client portal.

I am not a notary and do not give any notary services; I am not a lawyer and do not provide any legal advice or services.

What I do and don't do

I prepare the forms you ask me to prepare, using the information you provide and at your direction, and at your request I submit or mail the forms you have reviewed and signed. I do not give legal advice, and I do not represent anyone before USCIS, the Department of State or any other agency. My service agreement says:

The Document Preparer is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, representation, or guarantees regarding approval by immigration authorities.

Your service agreement comes first

If you are a client, your signed service agreement governs my work for you. If anything in these terms, or anywhere else on this website, differs from your service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Your responsibilities

  • Give me truthful, complete and accurate answers.
  • Review every form I prepare before it is submitted. You sign your own forms.

Fees and payment

Your fees are set in your signed service agreement and invoice. Payments on this website are processed by Stripe.

Government filing fees are separate from and not included in the service fee, and are non-refundable regardless of case outcome. Aly Hudson LLC pays them to USCIS or the Department of State on your behalf when they are due.

If the agreement ends, my service agreement says:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable, and any balance for work completed up to the date of termination remains due. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for any government submissions already filed on their behalf.

How I communicate

The Document Preparer does not provide phone call or Zoom support. All communication must be conducted via email or another agreed-upon written method (Telegram or WhatsApp).

Confidentiality

Aly Hudson LLC will keep all Client information confidential in accordance with applicable laws but cannot guarantee confidentiality in cases of mandatory legal disclosure.

Articles, calculators and processing times on this website are general information, not legal advice. Rules, forms and fees change, so check the official source, such as uscis.gov or travel.state.gov, before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

For clients, my liability is limited as your signed service agreement states.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, the law named in my service agreement.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. A change to these terms never changes a service agreement you have already signed.
