Common questions
What families ask most
Working with me
Are you an attorney?
No. I am a Document Preparation Service Provider (DPS). I am not an attorney and do not give legal advice, and I am not a notary. I prepare and organize your immigration forms accurately and completely so you can file with confidence.
What languages do you work in?
I work in both English and Russian, and I provide certified translations of documents to meet USCIS standards.
Do you do phone calls?
No, I do not do phone calls. All communication and document sharing happens through a secure client portal - this keeps a clean, written record of every step.
Pricing & payment
What's included in the price?
The price covers preparation and review of the documents for your chosen service, per immigrant. Government filing fees are paid separately and are not included. No package includes phone call support.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available starting as low as $300/month to keep the service accessible for your family. We'll discuss the details during your consultation.
Why I don't do phone calls
To make sure every case gets my best care, I work by myself, with no extra help. That keeps me very busy - even a 5-minute call with every client I have would leave me no time to actually work on the cases.
Process & privacy
How do I get started?
Book a consultation online. We'll review your family's situation, identify the right petition, and lay out a clear plan for the steps ahead.
How is my information kept safe?
All of your personal documents are stored in a secure client portal. Your privacy and security are a priority at every stage of the process.
Can you guarantee approval or timelines?
I cannot guarantee government decisions or processing times - those are outside my control. What I can guarantee is carefully prepared, complete paperwork that gives your case its best possible footing.
This is a planning estimate, not legal advice. I am not an attorney and do not provide legal services.
