Statement of plans and resources for EB and DV interviews

For employment-based (EB-1 to EB-5) and Diversity Visa immigrant visa interviews. Pick your category, answer the questions about your job or qualifications and about how you will live in the United States, and print a statement in English with your answers, plus a checklist of the documents that back them.

Nothing leaves your device

Your answers stay in this browser window. They are not sent to alyic.com or saved anywhere. No names, case number, date of birth or address are asked for, and the employer is described, not named: the printed statement leaves lines to write them by hand. Closing the page clears your answers, so save them to a file if you want to continue later.

Answer in English

The statement is printed in English for the consulate, so type your answers in English. The examples in the boxes show the kind of answer that fits.

How to use the statement

Bring it to the interview with the documents on the checklist, and read your embassy's own interview instructions too. Send it in advance only if your embassy's letter or 221(g) sheet asks for it, and only the way it asks. This page does not suggest what to answer and does not assess your case or whether you qualify.
