• A completed online DS-160 application in English and the printed confirmation page (Confirmation page).
  • International passport: the original + a photocopy of the photo page.
  • Birth certificate: the original, a photocopy, an English translation
  • For those who were married before - documents proving that ALL previous marriages have ended: originals, photocopies, English translations if needed.
  • A police certificate showing no criminal record or criminal history (the original and an English translation),
  • The results of the medical exam, which will be delivered directly to the Consular Section.
  • Two matte color photos on a white background, 50×50 mm, for the visa.
  • Proof of your relationship with the American relative who filed the petition (photos, letters, email correspondence, etc.)

Financial documents from the U.S. citizen who filed the petition:

  • Copies (made from the signed original) of the tax returns for the most recent year (Form W-2 and Form 1040). If there are no copies of the tax returns, you need to submit a printout (tax transcripts) directly from the IRS - the U.S. tax service
  • Form I-134 (Affidavit of Support). You can submit a copy made from the signed original.
